JSS Sake Educational Sydney 9th

Whether you're studying for your next sommelier exam, or work with alcohol as a server or chef, this is a perfect opportunity to gain a greater understanding of Japan's national beverage,   Wayne Shennen, Advanced Sake Professional and Certified Sommelier will be on hand to talk through some history, fundamentals, and why this amazing drink has a place in your beverage programme no matter what sytle of food.

The event is sponsored by the Japanese Sake and Shochu Makers Association.  The meal and 9 sake will be covered by JSS, all you’ll need to do it get yourself there.  The session is designed for beverage professionals, sommeliers and chefs interested in learning about this fascinating drink.
